While this is not the full patch notes (Which will be released with the stable update) here are the main additions and changes in the 1.3.0 patch for testing:

- Fix to secure and locked doors mechanics
- Wolf noises
- Bear noises
- Improvement to AI spawning
- Fix to AI shooting each other
- Possible fix to stats after death/restart
31/12/22 - 1.3.0 Patches:
- Reduced wolf health from 300 to 200
- Increased health of regular REDACTED AI from 100 to 200
- Increased health of REDACTED AI boss from 200 to 350
- Fix to accuracy of REDACTED AI (Now similar to boss)
- Fix to wolf death saying deer (Same for bear)
- Fix to being able to interact with wandering trader even if attacking
- Increased accuracy of scavengers
- Fixed not being able to put new keycards in keycard briefcase
- Fix for AI footsteps still playing after death
- Another fix for firearm visibility in inventory ?
- Change to vehicle spawn backend code (Could cause issues but needs testing in the unstable build)
- Reduced loot from AI human bosses slightly
- Fix to human AI spawning in walls (Human AI use a different spawning system to animals and zombies, soon this system can be applied to them as well)
- Fix to wandering traders not spawning
- Removed a model from scavengers that was identical to bandit models
- Fix to not being able to craft base marker
- Fix to events not despawning correctly
- Fix to player model changing every respawn
- Fix to hearing player footsteps after death
- Fix to skill tree resetting visually (Skills were still unlocked but visually didnt look it after a death)
30/12/22 Bug Fixes:
- Another fix for firearm visibility in inventory
- Fix to levelling system not saving or loading
- Fix to invisible object on AI death blocking shots
- Added initial delay when spawning AI
- Fix for mosin clip description
- Fix for colonel revenge mag description
- Trees actually fall over
- Fixed all AI humans saying 'Dead Scavenger'
- Fix for not being able to put items in pockets
- Fix for being able to climb ladders forever
- Fix to flashlight view getting broken when scrolling camera distance
- Possible fix for suicide issue
- Fix for debug object showing in game
- Fix for advanced lock pick not working
- Fix for text ammo on M20 sniper
- Bandit camp near New Richland fixed
- Fix for getting out of vehicle
- Fix for falling through ground in classified area

- Possible fix for dying extremely fast (And dead body staying in game, alive kinda)
- Fix for guardian headshot damage

- New locations; New airfield and surrounding areas
- AI Bandits, Scavengers & More; find randomly spawning pockets of AI, from feedback this can be increased and added to new areas
- Skill tree & passive skill system; will need balancing

- New items and legendary items
- New difficulty options
- Can now harvest all trees & rocks
- Player crate on death instead of looting body
- Many changes & bug fixes
