Fixed Minimap/Map sync and 'fog of war' added

The minimap has been slightly 'off' for a while, I have improved this now and should be satisfactory. I have also added a 'fog of war' to the world map when viewed in full, which will help illustrate areas which you have discovered or not. Each dark square will disappear once you travel to that location
