Added - Changed the arcade builder to have a new button "Preview In-Game & Save" when editing an arcade cabinet/cartridge or gamebro. This will allow for to load a small map and check the game you're adding is running correctly, without the need to enter the arcade.
Fixed - Emulator Options system to allow libretro-core specific options to be set correctly on more emulators.
