The change points are as follows
* Saved setting content except "FULL SCREEN" among the contents.
* Added an item of SPEED to OPTION menu, GAME SETTING.
I pushed forward the improvement of the game program now to take in the difference in refresh rate, but it was an simple and tiny function, but implemented it as temporary measures to need time in this.
