New update : Infinite Handcuffs + more!

You can now handcuff as many times as you want in a round, this also applies for the dizzy and sticky bomb moves for criminals.



Changes I've added from your feedback->

: Minso's low tazer is slower to execute now, less OP

: Siu's chain kick attack combo does less damage,

: Gun's Chain attack combo does less damage,

No the infiinite handcuffs don't make the game too easy.

I think it fixes a bunch of issues, but as usual I want to hear what you guys think so let me know.
