Game: Dwarven Skykeep
Hello there, magicians!
It’s been a while since the last post, but it is definitely worth it.
Today it’s not Dr.Kness, who is sharing his immense knowledge with us, but rather we share our knowledge about him and some of the characters of the Dwarven Skykeep, whom you encounter pretty much at the very start of the game.
Before we continue - consider adding our game to your wishlist, each is highly appreciated!

First, of course, is Dr. Sevendar Kness himself.
He is an archmage (“archmage” in this case stands for “mage-architect”), he is a leading specialist in the construction of magical block towers as well as a doctor of magical sciences.
Prior to the invasion of the Goblin horde (which we will cover at a later date) Dr.Kness primarily was a desk researcher.
His focus was dwarven culture and an unending search for the traces of the mythical Skykeep.
Despite the skepticism of the academic community regarding this search, the Magistrate is still somewhat favorable to the by-products of his studies - a smart design of a levitron in particular.
This device that allows one to rise into the sky, has gained some approval in scientific circles.
However, there are many who consider Dr.Kness a naive eccentric who is looking for imaginary castles in the clouds instead of doing more “earthly” useful work.
Lucretio the Incredible - will be the one who introduces Dr.Kness to the magical properties of mirrors he has in his shop. Which will come in handy for extensive traveling that Sevendar has to do.
Lucretio himself is an illusionist who has absolutely no magical gift, not even a tiny bit.
To his credit, there is a huge number of fair performances of varying degrees of success and life situations of varying degrees of instructiveness.
He settled in the City of Dwarves quite recently and for some reason decided to start selling mirrors there, but unfortunately to no avail. Since then he lost interest in any activity, except for drinking, usually spending almost all his time in the Tavern, which is one of the more popular destinations in the city.
But since the arrival of Dr.Kness, something has changed. Now Lucretio, confirming the reputation of a professional illusionist, somehow manages to be in two places at once - in the Tavern, sipping his favorite beer and in the Mirror Shop, where he trades (however unsuccessful it may be).
Lucretio-in-the-tavern is sad and shabby, while Lucretio-the-salesman is fresh, wears a synthetic beard and has a high-pitched voice.
He likes to talk about adventures, magic (even though he can’t use it), battles and heroism. This is most definitely not two dwarven kids named Luke and Rezion, hiding under a cloak, standing on one another’s shoulders - not at all. Absolutely not.
Last, but far from the least, comes the Raven. Who is at Dr.Kness side right from the very begging of our story.
He is possibly the only one of the bunch who takes his duty seriously. Like other ravens, he has no name. There is also a theory that each raven is a part of an inter-world raven cluster. He is here alone because a conspiracy of crows somehow looks ominous.
Do you know that a group of ravens is called a “conspiracy”? Really makes you think.
