Hello, Gromovs, creators of giants!
We’ve prepared THE update again!
But right before we share CHANGE LIST with you, we want to share NOT YET CHANGED LIST – the things that we remember about and working on, but which are still not there (but will be in upcoming updates very soon!)

NOT YET CHANGED LIST
- BESTIARY! You can almost hear us typing it down and inserting in the game at this point. Names of animals and monsters, their photos, as well as many other tales from our Drogkh about monsters, his mother, dog and naughty brother Gorgkh.
- ADVANCED GRAPHICS OPTIONS! Need some more time for this one, keep working on it.
- KEY BINDING! Remember about it and working on it!
- MORE GARAGES! Will be ready very soon.
- CAMERA TWEAKS! We twist and twirl it and keep searching for the right tweak. Thank you very much for showing us the options you like and prefer by editing .ini files – that’s badass first of all, but also helps us get your vision and find the right solution. We have some unresolved issues with render distance and performance on low-end systems, but we are in the process.
- A WHOLE BUNCH OF EVERYTHING ELSE! Our enormous gratitude to you, guys, for keeping sending us everything you send! We will address all of these very soon. Meanwhile, we’ve got a whole bunch of the thing we did fix. Here, take a look:

PERFORMANCE AND OPTIMIZATION
- We are still regularly finding all kind of things (that are causing performance issues) here and there. We find it, we fix it. In this update we’ve fixed another memory leak. All the rest are still there with us - can’t go anywhere on their own, apparently (which would be very convenient, btw).

UI AND CONTROLS
- WE’VE GOT F5 QUICKSAVE!!!11 (ok, we feel kind of awkward writing it in 2016, but it happens) Do you just love saving before encountering every other monster? WE TOO! And now we can do it together, hooray!
- Want to know what can be done with the RESOURCES FROM THE CHESTS now? You can use them while crafting at the base right away, without putting it in your inventory first! Bye, running from chest to chest! Hello, crafting of mines, weapons and repairing kits on an industrial scale!
- You asked it, we did it – SORT YOU INVENTORY! But, first, let us confess – something went a little bit wrong with it. Well, it is in alphabetical order. We worked on the sorting by object type but the update got sorting by alphabetical order type. Weird and awkward, mostly awkward. Please, feel free to write in the comments what you think about it using only conjunctions and interjections (challenge time!).
- RIGHT PRIORITIES for ICONS. Cause you know what is the most important? Where to construct your Goliath (base), where to loot some loot (chests), and where to get some of our finest quests (all these miserable and useless NPCs who are not going to even lift a finger on their own). Now all these icons will not be blocked by some earth-fed trees. All the icons also have correct size and scaling now.
- GAME CUSTOM CURSOR! We like it, sort of. But if you have even better ideas – send us your drawings, crafts and figurines from clay.
- INVENTORY BUTTONS became more contrast and noticeable. Just in case, you got it lost sometimes.
- IRON GOLIATH ROCKETS controls fixed. Try it! It can be targeted with the mouse now.
- IN DIALOGUES: chosen phrase now more highlighted, also added keyboard controls. Yep! Now you don’t have to rush and grab your mouse every time Dave calls.

QUESTS
- MAX NUMBER OF QUEST YOU CAN HAVE FIXED. We had quite funny thing going on (not so fuuny. Nope). If you have 11 quests at the same time – everything breaks. We fixed that. Now you can take EVEN 100! (we don’t have 100 yet, but, well, you haven’t seen all of our updates yet).
- WILLY FIXED. Now you can’t outwit Willy and complete quests of pirates without his tips. You could miss a whole dialogue this way. No good.
- EXPERIMENT WITH SCARING BIRDS FIXED. Experiment which was almost impossible to do if you trampled all nest and killed many dodos - is now easier. We couldn’t change it completely (because the condition is stored in the saves), but now you need to scare only 5 birds. Or 1 five times. In any case, it should be ok now.
- GREAT TREASUREHUNTER become much stronger! You asked for it! BWAHAHA!
- By the way, BOSSES are no longer affected by stun and push. Probably, you won’t be able to defeat them now. But the game designers are relentless: it is inhuman to stun bosses, they say. And that’s it. Hmmm.
- HORNS DROP RATE and EXP for BULLS INCREASED. It was quite strange to get horns so rarely from the only horned creature. Fixed that.
- QUEST “LOST IN TRANSLATION” FIXED. Sometimes robot was cheating and could not give you a discount even if you have already talked to trolls. Now everything is alright. Feel free to save your three hundred coins.
- QUEST TIMER FIXED. Timer in timed quests now behaves even after traveling between shards.
- And we couldn’t choose whether to put in “CONTROLS” or “BUGS”, that’s why we put it in “QUESTS”. Anyway, now you can DESTROY STUMPS and LOGS with your Goliaths. Surely, it annoyed you laying here and there on your way.

BUGS AND WEIRD_THINGS
- GOLEMS FIXED. Remember, how golems were attacking your Goliaths peacefully resting in Goliath Constructor? Well, we talked with them. They promised not to do this anymore. Well, “promised” is probably not the best word for it, they said “HMMM-HMM” or something like that.
- TOMMY GUN RAT BOSS FIXED. If you couldn’t do Experiment with the Rat Boss (one with tommy gun), that’s because he had more powerful twin brother, ignored by the Experiment. Now he is included in the Experiment as well. Punch the rats all the way you want.
- CHAROCAL GOLIATH FIXED. After the repair charcoal Goliath stopped igniting all around. Not anymore! Now he can set everything on fire!
- WATER FIXED. We fixed some water reflections and glitches. How you can hang water screenshots on the wall.
- TUTORIAL FIXED. We tweaked tutorial a little bit. You could eat mushrooms instead of heeling ointment and the quest didn’t like that. Now you can eat even berries, all of them!
- BERRIES! We’ve added so many berries in the tutorial that you basically can make jam from it! You, probably, already completed tutorial. But (!) you can rejoice at those who will see it (Besides, if you haven’t told your friends about Goliath – please do. We would be very happy).
- And the last thing on TUTORIAL. Tutorial notifications now are shown to you for longer amount of time. We understand, that these 3 tutorial fixes may be of no use to you. But, at least, the more points we have here, the cooler this update looks! (Don’t judge us!).
- IRON GOLIATHS SKILLS FIXED. Iron Goliaths sometimes were twitching during a jump and launched silent rockets (not simultaneously, though). We made some tweaks, now everything is alright.
- DEMO COMPATIBILITY FIXED. If you had played Humble Bundle Demo before playing Release version you could get blue funny whale on the black screen stuck there for you upon the start of the Release version. Fixed that (the Release version erases the saves from the full version automatically now). But if you miss the whale – just write us, we will send you a nice gif with our whale.
- BROKEN WEAPONS FIXED (sort of). After the destruction of Goliath you could get its broken weapon fixed quite magically. We assume that someone may have boldly used it - but, in fact, it was completely illogical thing (in the game with talking foxes and rats-gangsters, yep).
- PAUSE. You can pause the game while in dialogue. If you it is your thing.
- METEORS FIXED. Again. In the last update we blocked the possibility to endlessly dig a meteorite ore. In this one – we got rid of endless fall of meteorites while the game is paused ( it was quite possible to go get a cup of tea and come back – and, tadaam, you're are swimming in meteors like a Meteor King!) . In general, the tough times have come for the meteorite ore speculators.
- WHITE MAP FIXED. Sometimes map could become white after the resolution change. It was somehow beautiful, but not that much.
- If someone was patient enough to read this far – high five! Oh, and tell us in the comments how’s “Warcraft” movie, we kind of totally stuck here (no complaints) and can’t get to the theater for a while now.
- GOLIATHS FIXED. Your Goliaths, following you, could get lost. Now it is not that easy for them to do that.
- MORE SOUNDS. Added more lost sounds! SPLASH-SPLASH (that’s Gromov swimming), KABOOM-KABOOM (that’s Iron Goliath’s rockets exploding), CLANK-CLANK (that’s when you punch MechoScorpion), CRACKLE-CRACKE (that’s the fire, yep).
- BATTLE MUSIC. Turns on and off even more smoothly.
- TYPOS. A lot of them. Fixed.
