Apart from the new content the following fixes and changes have been made:

Balance changes


Ivan Ironfist - Armorbreaker ability debuff now causes enemy to take double damage on next incoming hit. Previously +1 damage
Bounty Target Fights - A higher amount of Bounty Target cohorts can now spawn before the population cap of the boss room is reached
Enemy Rocketlauncher - Enemy rockets now inflict 3 damage
Boss Abilities - Switched some boss abilities to different Bounty Targets in the Story
Perfect room clear - The perfect room clear tech bonus have been lowered from 20 to 10 for normal difficulty

Bug fixes


Fair Bounty Rewards - Bounty Rewards will now be adjusted in value according to the Difficulty level chosen
Spectate mode - Spectate target can now be changed with the mouse. Fixed some GUI issues when spectating
Boss Music - Fixed two instances where the wrong boss music was playing
Boss Abilities - The last Bounty Target (Story) now has the correct abilities
Damaged after killing target - Players no longer takes damage after watching the target clear animation when killing a bounty target
Powerups icon - HUD element no longer switches place after changing floors
Pushed off ledges - When hanging on ledges or being down but not out you should now be invulnerable
Necrocrator ledge - Necrocrators no longer target players hanging from a ledge
Akimbo Goon Shooting - Akimbo Goons will no longer abort their shooting if they target an Ivan-player that blinks
Penetrator enemy - Can now be affected by electricity stun
