Features:
Added level select
Added pause menu
Added a configuration application for setting resolution and the like (in the game directory)

Fixes:
Player color should change only after the tile mode missiles spawn (I know how much of a pain this was in 1.0)
Fixed high scores (I think)
Minor code optimizations (it should run a bit faster now)
Various minor bug fixes
