Game: Adventurer Manager
It's our pleasure to announce the first DLC Release, The Endless Tower, for Adventurer Manager; along with a Special Promotional Sale of 75% the Base Game on its One Year Anniversary!
The DLC, Endless Tower, will be a way you can support the new development team that has been bugfixing and updating the base game since its release, and working on the DLC; as they each get a direct royalty share from the income it generates. Such purchases will also go toward supporting any future Quality of Life improvements in the game, and potentially adding features that were once previously cut, or unable to be featured due to technical constraints at the time. It will also provide the developers a deep caffeine and cake supply to last through our new development projects coming up in 2016.
DLC Release Date: 12/8/2015
DLC Cost: $1.99 USD
Bug Bounty System
Starting on December 8th, 2015; we will be introducing our “Bug Bounty System”. This will be a way for us to reward our community for helping us with bugs; as they put in the time, feedback, and work to helps us identify, track, and fix… well, bugs. It’s supposed to be a game right? It’s not your job to run into bugs, report them, and potentially help fix them. Since we’re a small Indie Studio with no budget, and no dedicated internal play-testing group… a few squeeze through.
When you report a bug through the Steam Forums; a developer will then attempt to validate the bug. If the bug is valid, we’ll note the first few people to report it. Then, when the bug is fixed, we’ll try and contact those users via email to send them a Digital Amazon Gift Card for their troubles, and our thanks! The values on those Gift Cards will dynamically be assigned to the weight of the bug, and be at the developer's decretion. An example; a typo in a skill might get you $5… while reporting a skill isn’t working, at all, might get you $20.
To Our Community
We appreciate everyone that’s taken the time to give us feedback on our first major title, Adventurer Manager, as an Indie Studio. The negative feedback was/is very priceless to us; as it allows us to learn from our mistakes and correct them as we continue to develop as a whole. We truly hope that our community knows that we listen, interact, and respond to discussions and feedback; and that it was apparent through our actions. Lastly, to everyone that was able to take the time to leave us your thoughts, through reviews or on the discussion board; you have a very special place in our hearts.
We have new projects already underway for the 2016 season and look forward to sharing that information with you at the beginning of the new year. You might be able to catch a few peeks on our Social Media channels in the near future (Facebook/Twitter).
