v1.6.9 released

This update addresses some of the initial feedback from Steam players and fixes up a couple of minor bugs:

• UI scaled slightly smaller
  
• FPS cap added to stop the game rendering as many frames as possible
  
• Fix for the Edge of Infinity background not swapping out on returning from the Edge
  
• Using the 3rd spell will now immediately update the tap damage number
