Hello everyone, Pawee30948 from GameCrafterTeam here.
Finally, Project Nimbus Complete Edition, which is the Unreal Engine 4 remastered edition is now online on Steam as a free update for everyone. I hope you guys enjoy it!
Shibuya-san and Kai-san, GameTomo’s developers work very hard to ship you this complete edition that runs so smooth on both GPU and CPU aspect. Ladies and gentlemen, give them a round of applause for shipping this polished edition of the game we are all proud of.
It has been 5 years since we’ve released the game on Steam as early access in 2014 and the game has been continually updated since then. If we would go all the way back to when the development started in December 2012 though, if it’s a human baby, that kid would be in grade school now.
We shall be sticking on working on games in Project Nimbus series for quite a long time. There’s a sequel in production as we speak. Hopefully, we’ll get to see this child mature all the way to high school through adulthood someday together with you guys. By then I would’ve been a middle-aged man already though. Haha. I wonder if by then, how many Project Nimbus would be released. Maybe it would be possible to have an anime series someday.
With lessons learned from the original Project Nimbus, we’ve found several points we wanted to improve upon in the sequel and implement systems that will reward player more for their skills so it would feel more engaging. And this is the first time that we do the teenager boy and girl meeting and adventuring together in the world of giant robots. Well, I have this dream of making this kind of story since I was in high school. It’d be nice if we can do it well. We’re looking forward to the day that we can present you the trailer.
