Are you ready for high altitude combat?
A lot has been happening on the Italian Front as Isonzo gets closer to release, and we've been chronicling the development with a series of blogs over on the Isonzo Steam Hub! While we'd highly recommend checking them all out, today we'll highlight a few of the most exciting and interesting. You can already wishlist Isonzo!

The Engineer Class and Construction System
One of the new features in Isonzo is the freebuilding construction options available to certain classes - in particular the Engineer. Lay down sandbags and barbed wire to fortify your positions or try and establish some cover for attacking allies. Full blog post here!

Officer Call-ins - Artillery, Gas, and Aviation
In Isonzo the Officer class has access to three areas of support, which are targeted on flares fired by Officers or Mountaineers. Each type of support has a separate cooldown: you can use weaker call-ins more frequently, or wait to deploy the most powerful abilities. Read more about the three support branches: artillery, gas, and aviation.

The Dolomites Map
You'll be engaging in extreme mountain warfare on this map as the Italians battle uphill to capture the Sasso di Sesto! With very steep slopes and action focused on two key points, the fighting will be intense. Read parts one and two.
