SOA 1.3 is live!

Patch note:
- LINUX version is available
- New colored graphics and special effects
- Gameplay improvements:
--- New talents can be learned anytime, not only after killing a boss
--- Rare enemies added with increased health. Killing them grants a medkit
--- New medkit is added in the later stages of the game
--- Medkits now lie in every bank
--- Increased pickup range for money and medkits
--- Trees colliders decreased, which makes driving around the city much more comfortable
--- All player’s cars now have different speed
--- Car controls improved
- New music tracks from SOA: Master of Mayhem soundtrack
- Game is optimized for improved performance on low end machines
