• You've published a Scenario on the Plague Inc: Evolved Steam Workshop and it has 10,000 or more subscribers
  
• You've had one of your Scenarios featured by us, either in-game or in a Steam Post!

• We'll confirm that it meets the requirements and that it is your Scenario
