New version 0.104.1

So, a bit late, but here's the new version features:

- Fixed issue with xbox controllers rumbling in replays
- Fixed issue with the camera type appearing with the wrong type in the options screen
- In Evade mines will only appear while players are a bit far away
- Added lightnings and thunders to street level
- Engine sounds from other cars can now be listened to
- New tutorial
- All cars have now one alternative paintjob.
- Other minor bugfixes

I personally love the shark skin for the Super Nine ;o)
