Fixed a bug that caused unit controllers not to appear in the tutorial.
Support added for 32:9 resolution.
Modified the Fast Food call to fix a problem that allowed only units with Interrogation greater than 6 to solve the case without tickets or warnings. Units with an Interrogation of 6 can now also resolve the case.
Increased the Enforcement bonus for resolving Fast Food calls and Disturbances.
