TRADING CARDS and Update v1.4

Excited to announce that the trading cards have been approved and are finally here!



There are also cool sets of badges and emoticons to unlock along with the Trading card drops.



And of course I just couldn't resist putting a few more little details into the game itself.

Additions:

• A more robust xinput controller support implemented
  
• Added extra art assets to the end scene
  
• Added an "Are you sure?" screen to new game option, ensuring that save files do not get wiped by accident.
  

Fixes:

• Fixed visual glitch that caused a box to flash at the stream area
  
• Fixed death counter bug that caused it to sometimes give the wrong death count.
