With each upgrade, new stat is now unlocked.
Casts amount is modified. Event pouches casts amount is not modified.
Example

Upgrading Small Magic Pouch to S, S pouch will get also Armor stat.
Upgrading Large Magic Pouch to S, S pouch will get also Armor stat, further upgrading to M will add also Aim stat for pouch.
