Patch/Update 1.28

Hi Everyone, very minor patch.

• Ho ho ho, we come bearing gifts: added yet another new challenge level! Clock your best time, perhaps snag up the coveted blue star.
  
• Removed some duplicate geometry from the Top Spin boss race challenge.
  
• Hid some more... stuff.. in arena maps, to appear on a particularly festive day in December.
  

You'll find the new challenge level as number 15 'Flipside' in the challenge menu. Enjoy!
