0.6.3 Patch

Just a couple more minor fixes in a couple updates today.

• Prevented lockers from saving your empty inventory if you were redoing the tutorial mission and ran up to them and opened/closed them.
  
• ACTUALLY fixed the issue with your Arcade Progression upgrades not loading properly. It was like 25% fixed at the last update, and should perform as expected everywhere now.
  
• Fixed an issue in the tutorial where you could exit the chopper without the movement tutorial attached to you and would mess up the flow of the tutorial
  
• Fixed some random arcade mode bugs
