But Once a Year

Some days change everything, turning your life around when the dawn breaks. Some days are nothing more than dates switching. And some days—and nights—are in-between: while not imposing changes upon us, they provide a good opportunity to get together with the nearest and dearest and contemplate our options for the future.

It's not resolution time yet, but Christmas is the time to conceive your future plans. Like an Inquisitor's arrival, it allows us to recollect the things done and think clearer, only with presents instead of torture and mass executions.

Merry Christmas to those of you who celebrate it—and to those of you who don't, do have a happy time getting together with the people you love!
It's the thought that counts, after all.
