Added employee functionality for the following roles

Marketing Refactoring - The code refactor for marketing employees took into account feedback and optimizations aimed to improve the overall marketing gameplay.
Marketing UI - The employee card UI will now reflect each employees current workload.

Added position specific employee card UI information to provide feedback of employee productivity.

Bug Fixes

Fixed small UI bugs related to the code refactoring for the marketing and production employees
Fixed some UI bugs related to the marketing screen and employee card UI
