Echo of the Wilds - v3

- Removed Endless game mode.
- Main game save slots increased to 3.
- Added game difficulty options: Casual and Wildly. Wildly is original difficulty. Casual has the following tweaks: Decreases nightly wood consumption from 5 to 3. Stamina/thirst loss is reduced by 33%. Tools last 33% longer. Bestowing at altars is more successful. Scouting/stumbling is more successful.
- Added game option to remove all narrative scenes.
- Added ability to skip a narrative scene.
- Added Pause button.
- Scouting is 33% more successful. Failed scouts take you to a small area of random forest.
- New Items: Froggy Innards, Golden Sprinkles.
- Salt Box doesn't need to be topped up and fully prevents food rot.
- Goat Blanky reduces all stamina loss overnight by 66% and prevents flu.
- Jungle wood items are immune from rain/snow.
- Each area status effect dialogue only shows once per game.
- Bits and bobs minor bug fixes and graphical stuff.
