Champions, we're having an issue with our chat server -- if you send a chat message (in any channel, including Local and Zone), you'll get an error message.
We don't currently have a resolution ETA -- my guess is a few hours, the engineers are saying 1-2 hours. Once we get it resolved, it should be fixable without needing to restart the main Champs server. Stay tuned here or on the official forums: http://co-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?p=4640091.
