Major update 0.20

This major update adds a new zone and another boss, as well as many improvements to the game.

Unfortunately, with this I'm putting LEVEL UP! on hiatus until spring 2020 (at the earliest). The game barely sold at all, so I'm going to focus my efforts on other projects, namely Arcane Worlds and Pick Your Poison.

• Added second zone (levels 6-10).

• Added scrolling parallax backgrounds.
  
• Added pistol dual wield skill.
  
• Added laser scope upgrade.
  
• You can now punch with an empty hand.
  
• Recolored everything to use a common palette.
  
• Bosses are now in separate levels.
  
• Improved game over screen.
  
• Redesigned level up screen.
  
• Fixed wheeled enemies dropping down to their death.
  
• Various engine upgrades, the game requires Windows Vista or newer now.
  
• Switched to SoLoud audio engine.
  
• New music and sound effects.
