Version 1.3.1 - Finally a Fix for Xbox controllers

It seems that somewhere along the line the key configurations of Xbox controllers got messed up. I looked deep into the controller code and found the issue. This fix should make it finally possible to enjoy the game with the magnificent Xbox controllers. Thank you to everyone who reported this issue.
