* Possibly not the original 1.01 source code! Huge huge thanks to TomF for recently finding his 1.02 unofficial patch source code though, from which I hopefully cherry-picked the correct 1.01 bits.

What's New
- The original 1.01 source code* compiled in VS2019 via the C++14 language standard.
- Ability to mouse click through the splash screen after the first time the game's launched.
Bugs Fixed
- Fixed an async file handling issue, which caused a "Startopia always running" bug. Not sure if it's *the* "Startopia always running" bug reported on the Steam forums though.
- Fixed a startup crash where a previous Win2K bodge wasn't calling GetFileVersionInfo correctly.
- Fixed a startup crash where the game expected to find a 16bpp device by default, and seemed to fall apart horribly if it couldn't.
