Dear Turbo Pug fans,
Turbo Pug 1 launched on November 15th 2015 and since then you've shown us an overwhelming amount of support. Not just when you bought our games, but with the emails, Facebook messages, Steam messages, comments on the Steam community forums and even phone calls at 4am (Thanks for that, whoever it was. It was cute, a bit scary, but cute. *Removes mobile phone number from email signature*)
Your support has been amazing and helped us continue to work on the games that we love. Turbo Pug 1 was fun to work on and to be a part of. Super Mega Neo Pug was a new direction for our pug games and a much better game, at least in our opinion. But really, it's the fans opinions that count and that really matter to us.
After the launch of Neo Pug, the community gave us some fantastic feedback. Neo Pug got a really positive reception on Steam. But you basically screamed out for another Pug runner. So we went back to the drawing board and started working on a completely re-imagined Pug runner.
Turbo Pug DX is the game that the fans deserve, that we think you'll enjoy even more than Turbo Pug 1. This is why we went with a super low price point, we want everyone to be able to enjoy Turbo Pug DX and we want to say thank you for the insane amount of support you've given us over the last 10 months.
We were lucky enough to have a new artist working with us on DX, the super talented Shingo helped us craft Turbo Pug DX. Everything was crafted with love and the direction of myself and SnowFlame co-founder Vampiressae. As always with our Pug games, the music for DX was composed by Felix Arifin. Felix is an absolute gentleman and super dude. Thanks to the dedicated and hardworking team, without you guys we wouldn't be here now.
If you love or enjoy playing our games. Please let us know, let other members of the Steam community know. Reviews are crucial to the success of a game on Steam, we all know that, but it also helps us as developers. It helps us deliver more cool games and change things that just don't work. So please, drop us a Steam review, tell us how you found Turbo Pug DX.
We'd love to continue making Turbo Pug games, with a larger budget and a whole new game premise. We want to take more risks and at the same time reward the fan base. So if you love Turbo Pug DX half as much as we loved making it. Then please, drop a Steam review, share the store page on social media, with your friends, make videos and of course in DX you can make your own custom level skins too! So why not share these with friends, they can import your artwork directly, swap and share custom level skins.
