Closed Beta Preview Update

Today's update will solve some of the progression issues with some world seeds, as well as add in new equipment to go along with the upgrades unlocked with research.

In addition, there were a lot of balance changes to resources, research, beacons and survival. And of course dozens of bug fixes.
