The game was a nice way to pass the time (it took me 9 hours to play through it)
but it wasn't my favorite GameHouse game (I think I've played all of them at
this point except for ). The gameplay is essentially identical to the first
Arcane Arts Academy. Some of the levels (classrooms) are familiar and a couple
of new ones have been added. There are also new mini-games.
Liked: The game is well-made. The art and sound design is nice, the animations
are smooth, and the game isn't buggy.
Could be improved: The storyline wasn't as good as the first one, and I felt
that the characters did things that were out of character for them (based on
their personalities in the first game) so the story was frustrating. The dialog
was awkward at times; it felt like the converations were written in another
language and then translated into English with Google Translate or something
like that, which has been an issue with other GameHouse games.
However, my only major complaint was that the HUD (the panel along the bottom of
the screen that shows how much time you have left, the items in your tray, etc.)
blocked tasks or items in the level. There should have been more space between
the HUD and the level.

I'm was so excited to play this game, seeing I really enjoyed the first Arcane
Arts Academy. The follow up wasn't interesting at all, the story just drags on
and on. It's like the developers ran out of a story and made up sh!t, the ending
sucked as well. I'm not even interested in the follow up, this game really
destroyed the whole story line and it made the game suck. Don't get me started
on how I was expecting this huge fight in the story line with the mages battling
and all they did was wave a wand around and that's it, pffft. I couldn't wait to
just tick this one off, done and never to be repeated again!!
