It was actually pretty fun and I was glad to see there weren't any
microtransactions. Well worth the $3-4

Edit after 7ish hours: I really like this. It's a good idea executed well, and
the price is lower than it needs to be. The developer is kind, interactive, and
appreciative. That's a great combo for a big thumbs-up from me! I'm going to
leave the original text of my review, but the game is far less idle-friendly
than I thought (at least at the point I've gotten to), but that's perfectly
fine.
edit 2: March 2023--- the dev continues to patch in small changes that make the
game feel much better. Great work.

By changing the format from match-3 to a slot machine, the developer has managed
to (possibly accidentally) create a really good formula for an semi-idle game
that provides the regular little serotonin shots that a slot machine is so good
at. I forsee putting a good number of hours into this- I can't speak to the
depth or longevity of it yet, but since it's so new and light on reviews I
wanted to put a little "thumbs up" out there.

This game is a nice blend between an RPG and a slot game. It blends together the
excitement provided by the slots through the base game and bonuses with the RPG
through the battles, different avatars and items that offer you buffs.
I like that there are some well thought tricks that you can use to advance much
quicker (spending all the mana so you can eat at the inn, or use particular
avatars to have an advantage against different bosses), that the levels are
different and the bonuses/battles offer diversity and that i get the thrill
without the need to gamble real money.
I have reached the volcano level so far and look forward to see how the other
will be.

It doesnt really explain anything well and the slots part is dull. No real sound
effects, no real incentive to continue playing at all really. Its just boring.

An interesting take on slot games blended with RPG elements. While the slot
mechanics are the basics, it's the abilities, level-ups, combat and exploration
aspects that make this game unique and more fun than a classic slot game.
The exploration of the different zones coupled with the unique feel of the bonus
& combat areas bring a lot of fun to the progression. There's an element of
skill added to the game that moves it away from just random spinning to a more
calculated approach where you need to take into account abilities, setup for
buffs and items etc. This adds to the overall experience and makes the game a
bit more than just the sum of its parts.
The design (looks, items, avatars etc) as well as the music add immersion and
flavor and so far there were no bugs or anything preventing progression. Looking
forward to the end-game of item collections and achievements.

Weirdly addicting game play, but there's no end game, just spin on glacier until
you get bored.
Also the game has a strange learning curve, where you kinda realize the shop
food only refreshes if you're out of mana, making mana potions worthless
ultimately.
I will say, the volcano is by far the best part of the game, as the enemies feel
like a real threat and are fun to battle against, especially the lava golem. The
bonus on the volcano is also insane, as I got a 160k hit which was probably the
best part of my experience.
The game is surprisingly fun, but needs an end game goal and also the different
stages need to give varying amounts of gold. I get that making them all give the
same amount allows you to grind any zone, but it makes them all feel the same at
some point.
- EDIT
Dev responded that collections are the end game, which is totally fair. Looking
forward to new content in the future.
