This is one of the first games I ever bought on Steam. It has an elegant
simplicity. So playable. Will probably never stop playing.

It looks like it was made in 1993
10/10, would bang

I shouldn't be so critical of these little cheap games...but...this game feels
like an XBLA reject.

Apparently, I've played this game for 13.3 hours, even though I don't remember
much about it, so there must have been something fun about it.

I'd put some time into this one before but I decided to fire it up again to see
what it was like. I remembered liking it well enough, and I thought I'd see if
it was still worth my time. It's a side scrolling arena shooter that kind of
reminds me of some old ass arcade game that I don't remember the name of that I
only played because it was on some compilation disc (it was called Xenophobe and
had the same multi-level structure but honestly wasn't that similar - i looked
it up).
It's fine. Nothing special, and if I didn't have about a trillion other smaller
distractions, I'd be plenty happy playing it a lot more. I'll probably keep it
installed for a while and dick around with it, but I'm probably ok with the 2
hours total I've logged on it already if I don't ever come back to it.
One final note, Dave Mustaine is nowhere to be found in this game.

It gets more and more addicting by time.
Pros : Unlimited enemys to kill
Variety in kinds of enemys
Multiple game modes ( Survival , UFO , Bomb Defusal , Baby resque , Jetpack)
2 player game feature
Chalenging stages so that its hard to earn medals.
Cons : Somewhat tiny weapon pick-up duration
Limited customization depending space suits
13 Achivements
Medium graphics for its type of game while released in 2011
I can give it 75/100 something that i dont do easily.
If its worth the money ? Yes . Dont be unsatisfied with the first look and go
for a second round if you are the average 10year old graphics boy.

I was a huge fan of the predecessor to this game simply titled "Alien Zombie
Death" which was released exclusively on the PSP as a "MINIS" game. It was an
overly addicting portable title that played with the feel and charm of a classic
arcade shooter. I found it to be one of those rare games with simple controls
that anyone can watch and instantly know how to play. "Alien Zombie Mega Death"
is an entirely re-worked game revamped from the older version but made for the
PC and consoles. The game plays exactly the same but has updated the visuals
with higher resolution graphics and provided additional gameplay features. The
addicting arcade feel and atmosphere that the predecessor had still remains and
makes this version a must own for anyone with a Steam account. If this game were
made in the 70s it would have been historically known as a fantastic skill based
arcade game. (a la ... Pacman, Space Invaders). Although each level has
challenges that you must complete to advance and open up more levels, I actually
consider this to be in the vain of old school high-score games that have no real
ending. (ie, Tetris, Tapper). This is a must buy for any fan of retro arcade
games. I can't believe how many people have never heard of this game. Whether
you are playing for a high score against friends or trying to complete all of
the levels and their challenges, this game will provide gamers with countless
hours of pure gaming fun. I consistently come back to this game as my "go-to"
when I want to put on some music through steam and play a game that allows me to
get lost in the mix. It is a real gem and one of my personal favorite games of
all time.

Nothing really wrong with this game, but I just don't really see where it's
going. It was fun for a while, but I don't think I can see myself playing it for
extended periods of time, especially given the lack of a storyline. Lacks
ambition, picks out long, and general fortitude(?)

Really tight, fast paced and well done arcade shooting. If you like what you see
in the promo vid, pick this one up.

No way. Degenerate fucking game.
Any game where you have to sandbag so you can "build multiplier" is shit.
Especially any game where you have to sandbag so you can "build multiplier" so
you can "unlock medals" so you can "unlock the rest of the levels".
And any game like this without progression of some sort is shit. It's not 2004.

Little frantic piece of fabulous fun. You can play alone or with someone else,
but prepare to scream when you're just one second away from carrying that god
damn space baby into safe place and it gets blown up by one of milion monsters
on your screen.

A quality arcade shooter which I recently re-discovered.
With tight controls, loads of levels, a fun aesthetic and simple to learn, hard
to master gameplay, it walks the fine line between challenging and frustrating.
Its got that "just one more go" vibe that will keep you playing for quite some
time and with so many levels (some with different game types) it wont get boring
fast.
I don't remember what I paid for it, but I have a feeling it wasn't enough.

Looking at a printscreen, this could give you shovelware vibes. But it's a good
arcade shooter!
Enemy spawn can be a little unforgiven, killing you instantly because you were
at the wrong place, but it's manageable most of the time!
